We are, first of all children of the loving Creator of this big, beautiful, crazy world and followers of Jesus Christ.
Bloom Naturals is a company with 6+ people on staff. The six people are my husband and I and our 4 boys. The “+” are the family and friends that spent countless hours and emails testing NOURISH and giving advice on logos, packaging, and such.
My husband and I homeschool our boys. Actually, I do the homeschooling but he is my greatest encourager. I could not do it without him. To learn about our beginnings, CLICK HERE. After tons of research and formulating, I made and began using NOURISH (it didn’t really have a name then) for several months and felt led to start selling it. The response to our products has been so exciting! Click for testimonials. We are so thankful we get the opportunity to share them with you.
Anyways, back to who we are...The CEO (aka my husband of 17 years) of Bloom is a talented real estate developer in our community. He is artistic, creative, loves to laugh and a man of great integrity. His dream has been to create a community that encourages walkability, relationships, and community spaces, a place where you can work, live, grocery shop, and have coffee without having to get in your car. This dream is a reality and our Bloom Naturals corporate headquarters is there. Check out this great community at Celadonnewtown.com.
Home is where we love spending time with our boys who are growing up way too fast. Life with boys is filled with great busyness, laughter and adventure. They are more dear to us than we could have dreamed. Time flies! If you have little ones at home, curl up with them and read them a good book. Time is precious! Having them home with me all day has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Of course, there are days when I want to resign to which my husband says, “the good news is you can’t be fired but the bad news is you can’t resign.” Our boys run and play outdoors, hunt, and build things. In the summers we love to garden, play in the pool, have “sister day” at Nana & Papa’s on Lake Michigan, and ride bikes.
I love all things natural and healthy like feeding my family great wholesome food. I love hearth bread still warm from the oven, cinnamon tea on a snowy afternoon, sitting in the sun that flows through the window in the winter, snuggling up with our boys, reading stories of old and the inspired Word of God, gardening, farmers markets, raw milk, screen porches, neighbors, laughter, hand crafts, smiles. I love beauty that is natural, not hidden. I believe beautiful women are the ones who have such a heart for Jesus that they glow, that their peace is resting their life on the shoulders of the one who sees them as a precious ruby. It is when we place our life in Jesus that we truly live. That is beautiful!
Writing of the Joy of the Redeemed...
“The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy.
